Calytrix Attends 7th NATO MSG-146 MSaaS Meeting

After delivering a series of compelling demonstrations of Calytrix's new Exercise and Orchestration Network (EON) cloud services at IITSEC in late 2019, Calytrix was invited to the 7th NATO MSG-146 Modelling and Simulation as a Service (MSaaS) forum held in Rome, Italy, during the week of January 20th.

EON is currently in development with a number of select groups. The system delivers common exercise management and simulation services across an enterprise cloud environment, with a strong focus on the end user training management experience. The system will unify common services around exercise planning, white cell operations, data collection and reporting, and one-touch deployment.

Calytrix's CTO, Dr Tim Pokorny said "It was rewarding to be invited to attend the MSG-146 working group meeting and see the NATO effort going into MSaaS. There are a lot of synergies between our adoption of open standards and EON development: both across NATO and other supporting companies, and we look forward to working collaboratively with all groups to deliver enhanced cloud-enabled services to the training audience".

Calytrix and Dr Pokorny will be providing EON and "Cloud on Post" demonstrations at the following upcoming events:

  • DSET, Bristol, March 11 and 12
  • ITEC - London, April 28 to 30
